Love Yourself Do It Now. Have Fun. I needed something to help me focus at work the other day and now so I plugged this one in on Audible. It was such a lovely book and the author was such a beautiful soul, may she rest in peace. As a single mother, I'm hyper critical of myself and this book certainly gave you some great tips to be kinder to yourself.
I highly recommend almost anything by Louise Hay, although, I've never made it through all of her books. LOVED this book. It really resonated with me and has a lot of practical advice.
